Description

The Lanikai ACST-CEG is a guitelele combining the characteristics of a tenor ukulele with 6-string tuning similar to a guitar. This model features a solid Acacia top for enhanced resonance and projection, with laminate Acacia for the back and sides. Its cutaway design allows for easier access to higher frets. The guitelele includes a Fishman® Kula preamp with a built-in tuner, making it suitable for amplified performances.

The ACST-CEG has a NuBone XB® nut and saddle, which optimize tone and sustain. The wider nut (1.69 inches) ensures added comfort for fingerstyle players. An adjustable truss rod lets players fine-tune the neck for their preferred action. The satin finish highlights the natural grain of the Acacia wood.

Additional features include chrome open-back tuners, two strap buttons for convenience, and single-ply natural maple bindings with black dot markers. The instrument comes with a padded gig bag, and Lanikai offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The scale length is 18.63 inches, and the six-string configuration is tuned to A, enabling the use of standard guitar chord shapes.
